To Whom It May Concern,
Great Western Pet Supply (CPI, Inc.) would like to take the opportunity to express our gratitude to you and your team at RMP Construction. RMP Construction was instrumental in handling of two major losses at the Great Wester Pet Supply Facility. In July of 2015 Great Western Pet Facility suffered its first major loss and in September of 2015 it suffered a catastrophic loss of the warehouse roof structure and damage to surrounding amenities. Both of these losses combined totaled close to $1,245,000.
RMP Construction worked closely with our staff and the insurance company to deliver the facility back too better than a pre loss state. RMP Construction and Carl Consoni’s knowledge of the insurance restoration world was a great asset in getting everything done in a timely, quality workmanship manner.
I would highly recommend RMP Construction for any insurance restoration needs you may have.
Sincerely,
Frank M. Jr.

To Whom It May Concern
With well earned respect, I confidently recommend the RMP Construction for any remediation projects and other complex construction and renovation projects. I had the good fortune of working with RMP the last year and prior to this I worked with both Rob Hart and Carl Consoni with their previous company for 11 years.
RMP is efficient and responsive, readily available to address any concerns. They are proactive in anticipating any potential problems and make the necessary adjustments to adapt to altered requirements. They adhere to the plans and specifications with the highest quality of work. RMP is timely in completing their work, comply with permitting requirements, and work in a safe manner. They take pride in their work and go beyond the basic requirement in planning and their execution. RMP offers outstanding workmanship.
Additionally, RMP provides excellent relationships with both on site Management and with customers, our residents. The major remediation projects RMP has completed for Maxx the last year has not only been completed prior to estimate completion date but also delivering with the highest quality of repairs. They understand repairs inconvenience our residents and keep this in mind when planning a project. Their mission is for all projects to run smooth which creates a positive environment for our residents, Management, and owners. Residents have contacted me to communicate how they appreciated the responsiveness, cleanliness, and quality of work RMP completed in their apartment homes.
The success of any complex project depends in large measure on the team assembled and the team’s ability to communicate and work collaboratively towards the goal which RMP does very well, so projects run smooth. I highly recommend RMP to other Management Companies.
Sincerely,

To Whom It May Concern:
It gives me great pleasure to have been able to work with Carl C, many times over the last thirteen years. Carl is a man of his word and always stands behind his work. He is easy to communicate with and he makes sure that the project always stays on track, and always keeping management fully informed. I have always called Car! for whatever construction needs we have had.
Unfortunately we have had more than our share of fires over these years. In the last thirteen years we have lost eight 2x2 apartment home fires, then four more 1x1's twenty eight days later. Then another fire in a one bedroom and two fires at mv sister property and last year arson in my studio model. All these homes were a total rebuild. The residents moving into these homes were so appreciative of the timely manner in with their homes were completed allowing them to move back into. The workmanship and cleanest of the apartments were above reproach.
RMP just completed the latest project for us located in Paradise Valley. (The former house of Kurt Warner). They had to totally demo the master bath, and garages due to a leak. It was finished when promised and it's gorgeous,
The employees from RMP that I worked with take pride in their workmanship and go beyond what is expected. They are very aware of resident concerns while a major rehab is being completed. They are able to adapt easily and anticipate any problems that may arise.
All of my projects have run very smoothly over the years. It gives me ·great comfort to know RMP will be always be there when I call.
I highly recommend RMP for any needs that any management companies or home owners may need.

RiverRock Real Estate Group
Dear Carl,
On behalf of RiverRockReal Estate Group, I would like to take this opportunity to extend my gratitude to you and your team. RMP Construction was instrumental in the resolution of the emergency roof collapse at Alameda.
Everyone is still amazed by your-quick response. I called you on a Saturday afternoon, you personally arrived within an hour to assess the situation, and you had a crew of 30+ people arrive an hour later. There was 2" of water throughout the 100,000 sf warehouse with more coming in. Your crew was dressed in uniforms, ready to work, and brought positive attitudes. Even more impressive, you had a structural engineer and an environmental consultant arrive the same day in order to have plans to the City of Tempe by Monday morning. As such, a permit was awarded and the roof was restored to original condition by Friday.
You provided innovative solutions to mitigate further damage. Your idea to build a visqueen funnel from the roof out to a man door to divert incoming water out of the warehouse was brilliant Your team worked through the night and provided a "rain watch" to ensure the tenant's product wasn't further damaged. Because of your quick response and your team's round-the-clock efforts, the tenant's business was fully operational by Monday morning. In comparison, the tenant had experienced two other roof collapse incidents at another building with another landlord and it took a month to accomplish what you and your team did in 36 hours
Not only was the remediation prompt and professional, but the final restoration of the office areas were performed using the highest construction standards. The offices were actually built hack to a better condition than they were pre-incident. Most importantly, every member of your team endeared themselves to the tenant by making sure they weren't Inconvenienced by the remediation/restoration process.
While I don't look forward to experiencing another building emergency, I do sleep better at night knowing I have RMP in my corner.
Sincerely,
Michelle W.
